These general terms of sale (hereinafter the "Terms") apply exclusively to all services rendered by Harmaury to its clients (individuals or professionals).
Harmaury is a service provider specialized in personnel placement (housekeepers, catering professionals, nannies, drivers...) and the outsourcing of human resources administrative management. Harmaury acts entirely as the legal employer of the personnel assigned to your home or premises.
Every intervention request is subject to a prior quote, provided free of charge and without obligation on your part. The contract is only validly formed upon the client's express acceptance of the offer, materialized by the signing of the quote or the placement framework contract.
As the sole legal employer, Harmaury bears full responsibility for administrative procedures, social registration (CNPS), and tax obligations incumbent on the employer. Harmaury commits to initiate the replacement as soon as possible for any assigned collaborator in case of justified absence, annual leave, or medical leave.
The client agrees to establish and guarantee a secure, healthy, and respectful working environment, in compliance with labor legislation in Cameroon. The client is prohibited from mobilizing the personnel beyond the defined hours and from taking any steps to hire them directly during the execution of the contract as well as during the post-contractual waiting period provided.
Harmaury holds the necessary professional coverages intended to take charge of damages caused by its personnel in the normal course of service execution, subject to standard civil liability exclusions.
The duration of the services complies with the signed contractual terms. In the event of proven default or non-payment, the contract may be terminated automatically, strictly respecting the initially notified notice period.
These terms are interpreted and executed according to the legislation of the Republic of Cameroon. In the event of a dispute, and after attempts at amicable conciliation, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Harmaury's headquarters will be seized.
